Broadway Fabrics takes every step necessary to assure accurate representation of items displayed online, however the colors of fabrics ordered through our website cannot be guaranteed by Broadway Fabrics due to color variances beyond our control, such as variances in monitor color settings. For this reason, when ordering online Broadway Fabrics strongly recommends that its customers purchase swatches for a small fee before the final purchase of material to avoid any inconveniences that may arise due to inaccurate color matching.

All sales are final.

Special orders are a final sale. There are no refunds, no cancellation, and no returns.

Broadway Fabrics stands behind its merchandise, our merchandise is top quality. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of our products or services, please e-mail us at your earliest convenience and we will try to accommodate you within the guidelines of our policies.

Return Policy

Broadway Fabrics strives to satisfy our customers by providing the highest quality in designer fabrics. Before shipping our merchandise it’s thoroughly inspected. Broadway Fabrics is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. However, in most cases Broadway Fabrics is willing to work with the carrier to rectify the problem.

Broadway Fabrics does not exchange items or issue refund on anything cut out from the bulk. We strongly suggest that you purchase a swatch of the desired Fabrics for a small fee before purchasing the material.

Special Order items cannot be returned, under any circumstances.

Shipping Terms

Broadway Fabrics ships to all 50 States. Orders originating from U.S. territories will be shipped by USPS. Broadway Fabrics does not offer shipping to addresses outside of the United States on the website. Please call us directly or e-mail us to arrange for shipping to areas outside the contiguous USA.

USPS does not make deliveries on the weekend and all major United States National Holidays.

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 3-7 business days for ground shipments to arrive. All applicable shipping charges will be added to your invoice. In the event that we cannot ship your complete order, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone.

Please call us directly for inquiries on express shipping. Next day and 2nd day air are available upon specific request. Exact shipping charges are not calculated until order is prepared for shipment and done by the exact weight of order. Shipping charges will be added to your total and agreed upon prior to billing.
